Motivation and Stimulation of Employee in the Construction Industry

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze motivation and stimulation of workers in the building industry, to assess the role of managers at various levels of large construction company and to stabilize the working team, to influence staff turnover and to design solutions. It was examined whether the hypothesis about the difference in motivation depending on the job position of the selected two groups of workers in the company was confirmed in accordance with the motivational theories of Maslow and Herzberg
