Stock controlling in a selected entity

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Inventory Controlling in the selected accounting unit. The aim of this work is to evaluate controlling activities in the area of inventory with a focus on their valuation, reporting and management. Based on the analysis of these activities in the selected accounting unit, the individual procedures are then evaluated and the inventory management optimization solution is suggested. The analysis is conducted at Rieder Beton, a concrete production company. The company's main products include loggias, noise barriers, skeletons and ceiling and support systems. The bachelor thesis evaluates the activities of the company in the area of management, accounting and inventory valuation. Based on the identified results in inventory management, the ABC method for material layout is proposed. Furthermore, the minimum control levels and the optimal volume of material supply are determined
