The title of my bachelor thesis is The System of Motivation and Performance Remuneration of Employees in a Company. The motivation is an important part of every employee´s working life. Only satisfied employee can perform good working results. The bachelor thesis deals with the system of motivation and performance remuneration of employees in the Zemědělské družstvo Telč. The bachelor thesis is made of four parts: theoretical part, the main aim and methodology, practical part and the suggestions to improve selected parts of the company.
