Vehicular social networks require realtime communication and are highly dynamic due to vehicle movement. In this article, we present a novel architecture, called VeShare, to support highly dynamic and time-sensitive social behaviors in vehicle networks. VeShare clearly separates a vehicle network into control and data planes. The control plane is managed by the cellular infrastructure. It manages the social networks over time and makes various decisions necessary for data transfer. The data plane simply forwards data, following the decision from the control plane.
