This is because of the delay in the application of the land made. And this can not be prolonged, in which the community itself should respect the law and law enforcement needs to be emphasized. Based on the research conducted using the interview method with the responsible parties in the land office, it is possible to identify all the problems encountered in this application process. By identifying the procedures that have been improved, with these factors the delay of approval of land application can be reduced.
