The effects of a magnetic field on molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanofluid in mixed convection flow in the presence of thermal radiation inside a channel filled with a saturated porous medium are investigated. Molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles are suspended in water chosen as the conventional base fluid. Both of the boundary walls of the channel are oscillating in their own plane. The fluid is flowing in a vertical direction parallel to the channel such that the external magnetic field is applied in a direction perpendicular to the flow. Five different shapes, namely, platelet, blade, cylinder, brick, and spherical, of molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles are used in this work.
