This paper focuses on free vibration behaviour of antisymmetric angle-ply laminated conical shell under classical theory. The equations of motion are derived using Love’s first approximation thin shell theory. By applying point collocation method together with spline function approximation, the free vibration equations of motion of the composite laminated conical shell are transformed to a set of algebraic equations for the assumed spline coefficients. The eigenvalue problem is solved by employing the eigensolution techniques with eigenvectors as spline coefficients to obtain the required frequencies.
