BACKGROUND: Non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) infections are hard to treat. New antimicrobial drugs and smarter combination regimens are needed. OBJECTIVES: Our aim was to determine the in vitro activity of bedaquiline against NTM and assess its synergy with established antimycobacterials.
