The French Ministry of Agriculture has called for an agroecologicaltransition that reconciles farming and environment-friendlyapproaches. This is perceived as an injunction to change, deemed toominimalist by advocates of agroecology and too supportive ofenvironmental concerns by advocates of conventional and industrialfarming.
