In this study, we comparison of NDVI of ground measurement, atmospheric corrected ASTER LIB data and ASTER surface reflectance product (AST07) data to evaluate the accuracy of the ATCOR software atmospheric correction of Terra/ASTER data (Jun 30, 2002), using ground radiometric measurement data (ASD\u27s FieldSpecreg Pro). Our research selected the study area Sarobetsu Marsh located in coastal area of Hokkaido, Japan. We found that 5% of scattering radiation is contained with the ASTER Green band and 47% of radiation was absorbed in the ASTER NIR band and 17% of radiation was absorbed in the ASTER SWIR6 band.
