Seguridad global y lucha contra el terrorismo

The article analyzes the relation between security and fight against the terrorism from the global perspective imposed by the United States. Particularly the text located the discursive elements that are present in politics after September 11. The hypothesis argues that under this model of security and fight against the terrorism imposed by the United States a new form of illegality is implement all over the world, and in many occasions breaks the legality.El texto tiene como objetivo analizar la relación que se establece en el campo de la seguridad desde la perspectiva global impuesta por los Estados Unidos y la lucha contra el terrorismo. En particular se ubican los elementos discursivos que se presentan con posterioridad al 11 de septiembre. Se plantea como tesis la idea de que bajo este modelo de seguridad y lucha contra el terrorismo se promueve por parte de los Estados Unidos una nueva forma de ilegalidad al implementar acciones que en muchas ocasiones transgreden el marco del derecho público internacional
