El cine político

This paper shows a deep study about the relationship between the political cinema and Constitutional Law. It is the result of a meritorious Teaching and Research Master thesis, finished in Sergio Arboleda University at 2008. In this paper is explained the first chapter of that work with a documentary analysis of technical books about film and law. The research was done using four methods mainly: descriptive, comparative, analytical and deductive. This paper has allowed deducing that: 1) Legal education needs to seek new strategies for teaching skills training. 2) The film is an innovative resource in the study of practical issues. 3) The political cinema motivates to learn about the basics of constitutional law. 4) The political films from different countries allow contextualized critical reflection of the relationship between Power, State and Society.Este artículo estudia la relación que existe entre el cine político y el Derecho Constitucional. Es el resultado de una investigación terminada en el año 2008, que sirvió como trabajo de grado del autor, en la Maestría en Docencia e Investigación Universitaria realizada en la Universidad Sergio Arboleda, y que fue catalogado como meritorio.  Explica el primer capítulo del referido trabajo a partir del análisis documental de libros técnicos sobre cine y derecho y algunas publicaciones periódicas nacionales e internacionales. La investigación utilizó, principalmente, cuatro métodos: descriptivo, comparativo, analítico y deductivo. Las conclusiones más importantes fueron: 1) La enseñanza del Derecho necesita buscar nuevas estrategias didácticas para una formación en competencias. 2) El cine es un recurso innovador en el estudio de temas prácticos. 3) El cine político motiva a conocer los temas básicos del Derecho Constitucional. 4) Los filmes políticos de diferentes países hacen posible una reflexión crítica y contextualizada de la relación entre Poder, Estado y Sociedad.&nbsp
