Kontribusi sektor perkebunan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di kabupaten Bangka Tengah

The prevailing of Act No 22 1999 about Local Government and Act no 25 1999 about Financial Balance between Central and Local Government which are known as Local Autonomy have given the facility to Local Government to investigate its potency of their area. The aim of the research is to investigate the contribution of estate sector to Local Original Income (PAD) in Bangka Tengah Regency. The study of the research had been done on May to July 2010. Bangka Tengah Regency is the result of the extension from Bangka Regency. The extension was held in 2003. Even though it’s only seven years after the extension, it has already owned the Local Original Income which comes from various sectors including estate sector. Using Qualitative and Quantitative approach, the result of the research indicated that estate sector has given the contribution to Local Original Income since 2006 to 2009 through the income of selling seeds of the estate. The average contribution of estate sector to Local Original Income in Bangka Tengah regency since 2006-2009 was 5.5 %
