O efeito da temperatura de extrusão da soja integral (SIE) sobre o desempenho e as características de carcaça de frangos de corte em diferentes fases de criação foi avaliado neste experimento. As rações, isonutritivas, foram formuladas para atender às exigências nutricionais das aves nas fases de crescimento (22 a 35 dias) e final (36 a 45 dias de idade). Os tratamentos experimentais consistiram de quatro temperaturas de extrusão da soja integral (125, 130, 135 e 140ºC), com nove repetições de 30 aves.
