O presente artigo pretende socializar algumas informações e reflexões sobre o ensino de filosofia no ensino médio nas escolas públicas do Distrito Federal a partir das práticas docentes e pesquisas de mestrado dos autores. Apresenta algumas questões sobre a presença do ensino de filosofia no Brasil e sobre a história e o contexto atual do ensino de filosofia nas escolas públicas.
