Este trabalho pretende aprofundar aspectos da educação dos surdos, assumindo a língua de sinais como fundamental no processo educacional. Para tal, será focalizada uma classe de segunda série do ensino fundamental na qual foi inserido um aluno surdo, usuário da Língua Brasileira de Sinais (Libras), acompanhado de uma intérprete.
