The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Investment (ROI) of the company's stock price In doing the research researchers collect data through www.idx.com and secondary data that the researcher can be analyzed using the method of regression analysis to find out the influence of simultaneous use of the F test and influence partial use of the test t. Results of the study, indicate that the Return On Assets (ROA), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Investment (ROI) take effect simultaneously and partially against the company's share price.
