ANALISIS KEBANGKRUTAN METODE ALTMAN Z-SCORE PADA PERUSAHAAN ROKOK YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (Periode Tahun 2016 dan Tahun 2017)

Akt Bankruptcy is a problem that is very feared and must be watched by every company. Bankruptcy analysis is needed to predict bankruptcy in a company. One method that can be used to predict bankruptcy is using the Altman Z-Score method. The purpose of this method is to predict the company's financial performance, and predict the position of the company's financial statements. Poor financial performance will trigger a bankruptcy. The purpose of this research is to prove to the company that the Altman method has a high level of accuracy. The discussion only focused on publicly traded cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016 to 2017. With samples taken as many as four cigarette companies went public. The method used is quantitative descriptive method, the population in this study are all cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample technique used is using the saturated side method so that the sample of this study is all cigarette companies. There were four companies that were used as samples to analyze their bankruptcy using the Altman Z-Score method. The calculation results in this analysis there are three companies that are in the healthy category with an indication value >2.99 and one company in the gray area with an indication value ranging from 1.88-2.99.
