Abstract This Research Type is descriptive research qualitative with the feminism approach. Data source in this research is novel of is The Empress of masterpiece of Agnes Jessica. Data in this research in the form of text which is the inclusive of form of ketidakadilan gender and woman role in novel of is The Empress of masterpiece of Agnes Jessica. Technique of data collecting in this research use the technique read, note, and book. Validasi Data in this research use the source triangulation and triangulat the theory. Analyse the data in this research use the filling analysis, that is collect the data, reduce the data, displayed by a data, and data verification.Result of this research indicate that: ( 1) form of ketidakadilan gender in novel ofis The Empress of masterpiece of Agnes Jessica is as a whole found by as much 34 data, covering marginalisasi 4 data, subordinasi 7 data, stereotipe 8 data, hardness 12 data, and work load 3 data.
