PKM Kelompok Ibu Sadar Gizi (Ibusazi) Dalam Diversifikasi Pangan Berbasis Ikan Haruan Sebagai Solusi Malnutrisi Anak

Perigi Kecil village is located in the mouth of the Martapura River estuary or known as Muara Mantuil. This area has the highest prevalence of children with poor nutritional status. This is due to the relatively far access and low economic level of the community. Partners do not have the knowledge about the use and processing of typical fish commodities for health, limited facilities and infrastructure to be able to start and develop entrepreneurship. The objectives of the PKM activities are: 1) empowering the IBUSAZI group, 2) fostering awareness and motivation to improve their welfare, 3) processing food products such as crackers, meatballs, nuggets, and shreds, 4) providing assistance in business management to marketing. Approach methods used are education methods, production training, business management training, and mentoring. Results: 1) improve the nutritional quality of the surrounding community, 2) increase the knowledge and skills of partner groups in the processing of local commodities, 3) provide technology that can be applied, 4) business management and marketing so as to improve the welfare and economic level of the community
