Archives are important data that needs to be managed by every organization or institution, both government and private institution. The archives produced by the government at the village level as the lowest regional government need to be managed carefully and thoroughly. Community service activities in Serua village, Ciputat district, are aimed at providing training and mentoring on the government of the village administration records management. The methodused in the form of archiving is dynamic, inactive, and static according to the classification system that has been provided by the Banten provincial archive center. Community service activities also train archives storage methods to the archive shelf according to archival science standards. The results of training and mentoring activities are that archives at the government of Serua village are organized systematically, so that the government of Serua village and the community can access the archive easily and quickly
