This study aimed to investigate students’ learning achievement and retention of acid base volumetric titration by using four inquiry-based learning These experiments included: 1) acidimetri 2) alkalimetri, 3) complexometri, 4) argentometri. Twenty eight students at Open University of Banjarmasin during the first academic semester of 2012 were purposively selected as participants. The data collected, included students’ learning achievement test scores of acid base titration, learning retention scores 30 days after the implementation, and a survey of student satisfaction in learning inquiry-based learning were analyzed.
