The Correlation between Parents’ supportand the Students Ability in English Vocabulary at the Second Year Students of SMAN 3 Bantaeng

Data ware analyzedby using SPSS 23. It was found out from the analysis that the mean scores of parents’ support was 64.98 and standard deviation score was 4.526. The mean of the scoreof the vocabulary test was 49.75 and standard deviation score was 15.147. The result of applying the rxy (ro) distribution shows that the coefficient correlation was 0.199. The degree of significance 5 % is 0.304 and the degree significance 1 % is 0.393. It means is lower than (0.199<0.304) and (0.199
