Transport Revolution is a development programme launched jointly by The Finnish Innovation Fund's Public Leadership and Management Programme and the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Employment and the Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of the Environment, two national Transport Agencies, and two strategic centres for science, technology and innovation. The programme aims at developing a new mind-set for urban and transport planning and policies and policy implementation. The report is also published in Finnish (Julkaisuja 27/2011)
