Prosedur Pemberian Kredit Pemilikan Rumah Kepada Karyawan Swasta Di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Kantor Cabang Surabaya

The urban community environment, the need for food and board clothing is a benchmark for human success. A person's economy is considered good when humans can meet food and board clothing. Communities in urban areas are still widely met that the need for boards still feels difficult to obtain, very few urban communities, especially private employees who have the ability to have homes in a condition ready for habitation. Only bona fide firms provide home facilities for employees who have the ability to obtain a home loan facility through a Bank in collaboration with a private company. this study aims to determine the exact the procedure for granting of kredit pemilikan rumah to employees in PT.Bank Tabungan Negara branch office Surabaya.This research uses descriptive method. The focus of this research is the crediting procedure. The source of this research data using secondary data sources obtained from the Loan Service that handles mortgage loans. Data collection techniques used interview techniques. The results of the study found that the procedure of providing mortgages to private employees in PT.Bank Tabungan Negara Branch Office Surabaya is in accordance with the existing reality. Suggestion given based on this research is need detail explanation to customer of home ownership credit if necessary give manual book about procedure of giving of mortgage to customer. the Bank should provide explicit information to the debtor regarding terms and conditions for credit application.
