Prosedur Pembukaan Dan Pencairan Deposito Berjangka Rupiah Pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Cabang Sidoarjo

Bank is a financial institution whose main activity is to collect funds from the community and channel the funds back to the community. Time deposits or deposits are deposits of third party funds in banks whose withdrawal may only be made within a specified period based on an agreement between the bank and the customer concerned, the withdrawal may be using a bilyet giro or a certificate of deposit. The purpose of this research is to know the procedure of opening and disbursement of rupiah time deposit. The research method used is qualitative research method with interview and observation technique. The result of this research is knowing the procedure of opening up to the disbursement of rupiah time deposit, the calculation of rupiah time deposit interest rate. In the deposit of time deposits made by BTN Sidoarjo Branch there are obstacles such as bilyet deposits damaged or lost, the customer can not attend to BTN when will make the liquefaction of deposits, the lack of interest of the community who want to put the funds on time deposits due to lack of information obtained about time deposit products.
