Pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, struktur aset, profitabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap Struktur modal yang terdaftar Di bursa efek indonesia

Capital structure reflects the financing or funding made by the company. Funding can come from internal funding or external funding, therefore the company must be able to prepare funding well in order to attract investors. This research aims to determine and examine the effect of firm value, assets structure, profitability, and liquidity on capital structure that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The subject of this research use manufacture companies the textile and garment industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2017. Firm value is proxied with SIZE, asset structure is proxied with FATA, profitability is proxied with ROA, liquidity is proxied with CR, and capital structure is proxied with DER. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling and obtained 96 sample companies. The method in this research used secondary data. Data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0. The result of data analysis shows that liquidity have a negative effect to capital structure while firm size, asset structure, and profitability have no effect on capital structure. This means that high liquidity can add value to the firm as indicated by the decreasing Debt to Equity (DER) of the companies.
