Pengaruh kebijakan dividen, ukuran perusahaan, leverage dan kepemilikan manajerial terhadap Nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Food and beverage

This study aims to examine the influence of dividend policy, firm size, leverage, and managerial ownership of firm value in food and beverage companies. The sample of research is 66 data of food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange by using saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis was obtained using SPSS 23. The result showed that (1) there was influence between dividend policy toward firm value, (2) there was no influence between firm size and firm value, (3) no influence between leverage (4) there is no influence between managerial ownership of firm value. Suggestions for further research are expected to add other variables that do not exist in this study, increase the number of samples used, and try to examine objects other than food and beverage companies.
