the high development in corporate value is a long-term goal that the company should achieve it. development value of the stocks market price is reflected in investors behavior towards the company can be observed through stock price transacted on the stock exchange for companies that have traded for the public. those movements (stock markets) are influenced by some factors, both of external and internal factors. one of the internal factors that most influenced by corporate performances and impacted the stock price in indonesia stock exchange is gcg (good corporate governance). the gcg in this research is peroxided with ownership of managerial, ownership of institutional, independent board of commissioner proportion, external auditor quality, and audit committee. in this research, the writer takes 13 registered food and beverages companies in indonesia stock exchange 2012-2016 period as samples of the research through purposive sampling technique. then, the annual financial report of idx (indonesia stock exchange) and icmd (indonesia capital market directory) as the secondary data were used in this research. the final results of this research provided that ownership of managerial, ownership of institutional, and audit committee has positives impact but that’s not significant enough for corporate value. whereas, the proportion of independent board of commissioner has it, and external auditor quality has negatives impact that is not significant enough for corporate value
