This research was aimed to examine empirically the effect of information content, information form, and perceived benefit on customers attitude toward BNI mobile banking in Surabaya. This analysis is used an independent variable of information relevancy, information accuracy, information timeliness, ease of use, and perceived benefit, while the dependent variable is attitude toward mobile banking. The sample of this research are BNI customers in Surabaya who use mobile banking. This research was used non probability sampling technique.
