Pengaruh analisis informasi keuangan dan non keuangan terhadap tingkat underpricing pada perusahaan yang melakukan ipo di bursa efek indonesia

Underpricing is a common phenomenon that occurs in the capital market. underpricing phenomenon occurs when there is a positive difference between the stock price in the secondary market with the stock price in the primary market or during the IPO. The objective This research is to analyze the effect of the financial information variables that consist return on asset (ROA), leverage, size of the firm and non financial information variable that consist of age of the firm towards underpricing on company that do initial public offering on Indonesia Stock Exchange (period 2013-22 december 2017). The stastitical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The sample on this research are 68 companies. The result of this research show that the financial information which is return on asset (ROA), leverage, size of the firm and non financial information which is age of the firm with 5% level of significancy, simultaneously effect on underpricing. Partially, only the size of the firm that have negative significantly effect on underpricing. Key words : Underpricing, Return On Asset, Leverage, Size Of The Firm, Age Of The Firm
