pengaruh likuiditas, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, profitabilitas, terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan struktur modal sebagai intervening

this study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability on firm value with capital structure as intervening. the sample in this study selected by using purposive sampling method a total of 103 manufacturing companies listed in indonesia stock exchange 2014-2016 period. the research data is analyzed using multiple linear regresison with path analysis method. the result of regression analysis that institutional ownership has no effect on firm value, managerial ownership, profitability and liquidity an effect on firm value. this research also find that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability and liquidity has no effect to capital structure. the final result is capital structure not a intervening variable because not able to mediate the relationship between managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability, liquidity to the firm value
