PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI BEI

This study has the aim to re-examine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variable in this research is financial performance which consists of investment decisions, financing decisions, dividend policy and the ownership structure that consists of managerial ownership and institutional ownership.The population used in this research that all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012- 2014 and matched the criteria. The sampling technique using a quota sampling. Statistical test tool in this research is WarpPLS version 5.0.The results in this study indicate simultaneously that the financial performance and ownership structure significantly influence the value of the company. Partially in this study that affect the company's value (PBV) is an investment decision (PER), managerial ownership (KM), and institutional ownership (KI). Limitations in this study are the independent variables can only explain the effect of the dependent variable at 77.7 percent and occurs multikolinearitas.
