ANALISIS PENGARUH DPR, PROFITABILITAS, KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, SIZE DAN KEBIJAKAN HUTANG TERHADAP PBV

Development of a company must have a clear purpose to find out how short-term goal is maximizing profits from the resources owned by the company and long-term goals that the company should prosper owner of shares, that can be seen from the share price by maximizing the present value or present value shareholders that could be earned in the future. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the existing dividend policy, profitability, investment decisions, company size, and debt policy on firm value. The population in this research uses the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. This study uses a sampling method by means of purposive sampling of 75 sample companies. Statistical analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression with the results of studies showing that the dividend policy have a significant effect on the firm value, profitability have a significant effect on the firm value, investment decisions have a significant effect on the firm value, company size have a significant effect on the firm value, and debt policy have a significant effect on the firm value. As there are limitations of this study is on profitability and the size of the company's variable containing heteroskedastisitas.
