PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, KEBIJAKAN HUTANG DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN CONSUMER GOOD DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2012-2015

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of investment decisoin , dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability to the company’s value. The population of this research is consumer good companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2012 - 2015. In this research, the sample collectio n technique has been determined by using purposive sampling method. Samples that passed the criteria in this study were 17 company. Data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial report, ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory) and other referance that support this research. Data analysis technique uses is descriptive analysis, the classical assumption, F - test and t - test. Test hypothesis using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21. The result of this study indicate that 1) Simu ltaneously investment decision, dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability significant effect on corporate value. 2) Investment decision has negative and coefficient shows non - unidirectional relation to corporate value. 3) dividend policy has positive and coefficient shows undirectional relation to corporate value. 4) debt policy has positive and coefficient shows directional relation to corporate value 5) profitability has positive and coefficient shows directional relation to corporate value.
