PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERINGKAT OBLIGASI PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY, REAL ESTATE & BUILDING CONSTRUCTION YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Bond rating is useful for investors and issuers, which provide information about the company’s ability to pay the bond compulsory like coupon and nominal value. This research aim to explain financial performance that affect bond rating. Independent variable which used are likuidity, leverage, profitability and growth. The sample of this research is the property, real estate and building construction companieslisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Criteria of selected samples using purposive sampling method. Total samples were collected are 9 companies during the year 2012-2015 which issued the bond and with full financial report in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Testing the hypotesis using linier regression analysis because all companies which listed as sampling have rating in investment grade. The result of this research indicated that liquidity, profitability and growth not effect on bond rating because the values of t hitung less than value of t table in one side t test. But on two side t test, the result shown that only growth have an affect as negative significant. The result of leverage is negative significant on bond rating.
