Financial performance can be measured through several ratios, so this st udy aimed to get empirical evidence about the difference CAR, NPL, APB, BOPO, ROA, LDR, IRR, and PDN between the Government Commercial Banks and National Private Banks group listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken by using purposive samp ling, three Government Banks and National Private Banks that have the largest total assets per December 2014 and own capital of more than ten trillion. The data analysis technique used is the independent sample t test.
