PENGARUH RETURN SAHAM, CAPITAL STRUCTURE, OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP RISIKO INVESTASI (Study pada Perusahaan Food & Beverages yang Terdaftar di BEI 2012-2015)

Future investment contains elements of uncertainty and this uncertainty is an element of risk for investors, so that at any time can cause the investor or the loss of management. Therefore, the investment risk must be considered and minimized because it is directly related to the investor. The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of stock return, capital structure, ownership structure and dividend policy on investment risk. The dependent variables were used in this study is the investment risk, while the independent variable is the stock return, capital structure, ownership structure and dividend policy. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The final sample consists of 17 food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012-2015. Technical analysis of the data used in this research is to test the classical assumption (normality, multicoloniarity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation), multiple linear regressions, simultaneous test (test-f), the coefficient of determination (R²), and a partial test (t-test). The results of this study showed that stock return and institutional ownership has significant positive effect on the risk of investment. While variable capital structure, managerial ownership and dividend policy does not affect the investment risk.
