With an optimal implementation of IDR Time Deposit which is expected to provide the services of the banking industry will be able to meet the expectations of consumers, capable of winning the competition that will ultimately earn the maximum profit. Subject of this research is Bank Tabungan Negara, Bangkalan Branch. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation of IDR Time Deposit in Bank Tabungan Negara, Bangkalan Branch include opening procedure, interest rate and penalty, benefit etc. The conclusion is customer who wants to open IDR Time Deposit must comply with terms and conditions from Bank BTN.
