PENGARUH RISIKO USAHA TERHADAP RETURN ON ASSET (ROA) PADA BANK ASING DI INDONESIA

This research have title “The Influence of Business Risk toward Return On Asset (ROA) on Foreign Banks in Indonesian“. This research aims to analyze whether theLDR, NPL, IRR, PDN, and PR have significant influence simultaneously to ROA on Foreign Banks in Indonesian. The sample of this research are three banks, namely: Citybank N.A, Standard Chartered Bank, and The Bank Of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ LTD. Data is secondary data and collecting data method in this research is collecting data from financial report of Foreign Banks in Indonesian started from the first quarter period of 2010 until the fourth quarter period of 2013. The result of research shows thatLDR, NPL, IRR, PDN, and PR have significant influence simultaneously to ROA on Foreign Banks in Indonesian. LDR partially have positif significant influence to ROA on Foreign Banks in Indonesian. NPL partially have negatif unsignificant influence to ROA on Foreign Banks in Indonesian.IRR and PDN partially have significant influence to ROA on Foreign Banks in Indonesian. PR partially have positif unsignificant influence to ROA on Foreign Banks in Indonesian. Key words: LDR, NPL, IRR, PDN, PR, and ROA
