PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, RISIKO BISNIS, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN TERHADAP STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

The aim this research is to test the effect of the profitability, business risk, firm size and the sales growth on the capital structure. This research is the all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX ) unless the company in finance, banking and insurance on the period 2008-2012. The sampling technique using a purposive sampling, while technical analysis using multiple regression analysis. According to the research result showed that : (1) The conclusion shows that profitability influence negative significant firm capital structure of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX ). (2) Business risk, firm size and the sales growth do not influence firm capital structure. Key words : Profitability, Business Risk, Firm Size and The Sales Growt
