PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Every company always try to defend its business advantages in improving company value. Implementation of good corporate governance hoped could be increasing financial performance, with increasing financial performance also expected could be rise the company’s share price as indicator of the company value then it can be reached. The purposes of this research are (a) to know empirically influence on company financial performance, (b) to know role of good corporate governance practice as moderation variable in the influence of company financial performance toward company value. Population of this research are banking company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2008-2011 with 76 samples of banking company. Sampling technique uses is purposive sampling. Processing and data analysis using simple linear regression analysis for hypothesis 1 and residual test for hypothesis 2 by using SPSS programs. The result of this research indicating that financial performance measured with ROA give significant influence on company value measured with PBV, while good corporate governance variable is unable to moderating financial performance influence measured with ROA on company value with PBV.
