This study was conducted to determine the effect of customer trust are significantly mediate the effect of bank’s image and customer satisfaction to the customer commitment on the customer a Bank BRI britama in Surabaya. Sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling method with Judment Sampling. Data were collected from 120 respondents. Respondents who have customer, in Surabaya. The analysis method used in this research is the analysis path test using the SPSS program for windows 19.
