KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN PASAR PERUSAHAAN SEBELUM DAN SETELAH MERGER DAN AKUISISI PERIODE 2007 - 2012

The purpose of this study was to examine te differences pre and post in the financial and stock market performance of the merger and acquisition firm. Variables of this study is covered with some ratio, Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Invesment (ROI), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Debt to Total Eqity (DTE), and Price to Earning Ratio (PER). Population of this study included all listed companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange witch conducted merger and acquisition activity on period 2007-2012. The sample in this study ware 18 companies that ware taken by purposive samplin method. Analysis of the data used to descriptive and wilcoxon signed rank test. The result of this study shows that all the financial and stoct market performance variables no significant difference in 1 year before and 2 year after merger and acqusition.
