ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR DI INDONESIA

The company before taking a financing decision must consider the factors either use their own capital funding or using debt. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, sales growth, business risk, and asset structure of the financing decision on the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study is using puposive sampling and polling data. A sample of these 46 firms was selected for periode2009-2013. Variables used are profitability, liquidity, sales growth, business risk, and asset structure as independent variabel and financing decision as dependent variable.This test analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that profitability, liquidity, sales growth, business risk, and asset structure Test analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.
