PENGARUH RASIO LIKUIDITAS, KUALITAS AKTIVA, SENSITIVITAS TERHADAP PASAR, EFISIENSI DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP RETURN ON ASSETS (ROA) PADA BANK MERGER

Purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the effect of variable LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, APYD, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, and NIM simultaneously and partially to ROA on merger bank. Samples were selected and in accordance with the criteria is Windu Kentjana International Bank, Bank Index Selindo and Bank Rabobank International Indonesia. Data and data collection method in this research used secondary data in which the data was obtained from a financial statement published by the merger bank during first quarterly 2009 until second quarterly 2013. Technique to analyze data used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculation and result of data processing by SPSS17 indicates that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, APYD, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, and NIM simultaneously have significant influence to ROA on the merger bank. LDR, IPR, and NPL partially have insignificant negative influence to ROA on the merger bank. APB, APYD, IRR, and NIM partially have insignificant positive influence to ROA on the merger bank. Whereas, BOPO partially have significant negative influence to ROA on the merger bank and FBIR partially have significant positive influence to ROA on the merger bank.
