PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, DAN KEBIJAKAN UTANG TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

The main purpose of this study is to determine the impact of ownership structure, dividend policy, and debt policy on firm value. Population in this study use all the listed companies on Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2007-2012 and the samples are choosen by purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. This research is tested by SPSS 16.0 for windows application. Data analysis tools in this research are descriptive analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this study using the F Test showed that managerial ownership, outsider ownership, dividend policy, and debt policy simultaneously have significant effect on firm value. Result of this study using the t Test are : (1) Managerial ownership positively affect but not significant on firm value (2) Institutional ownership positively affect but not significant on firm value (3) Dividend Policy significantly positive on firm value (4) Debt Policy negatively affect firm value.
