PENGARUH RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI), EARNING PER SHARE (EPS), DAN PRICE EARNING RATIO (PER) TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PERTAMBANGAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2011-2013

The financial report is an important component for investors to know how the progress of the company. The purpose of this research is to know influences of the ratio Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to stock price in mining company on Indonesia Stock Exchange. For the period of this study is 2011 until 2013 so that the data used by investors more updates. This study used a population of companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange by taking a 14 companies for sample from the population that has been determined. This data collection method using documentary method with multiple linear regression equation. The results of this study is the variable ROI, and PER not significant effect on the stock price, but the variable EPS has a significant effect on stock price. In conclusion EPS only significant on stock price.
