PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI)

The porpose of this study is to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on firm value at the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exhange (IDX) period of 2011-2013. In this study, the internal factors is asset growth, funding decisions, and dividend policy. While external factors, namely inflation and interest rates. This study used multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The population in this study is a manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2011-2013. The sample obtained was 39 companies using purposive sampling method. The study used multiple linear regression as a data analysis tool. The result of this research showed that growth of asset have a not significant positive impact to the firm value, funding decision have a significant negative impact to the firm value, dividend policy have a positive significant impact to the firm value, inflation and interest rates have a not significant negative impact to the firm value.
