ANALISIS PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the analysis effect of firm size and financial performance toward stock price banking in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2011. In the Independent Variables for sized companies use indicator of total asset and Financial Performance using the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS), while the dependent variable use stock price. This study also aims to determine which variables have the most significant effect on stock price. the study population in the form of banking in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2008 to 2011. The selection of samples is done using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 21companies. The data used are secondary data, which the size firm and financial performance as the independent variable and the stock price as the dependent variable. Statistical method used was Statistikal Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) with linear regresion. The results of this study proves that the firm size significant effect on stock prices. This can be explained in the regression test results (t-test) that produces a value less than 0.05 is equal to 0.049. whereas the financial performance indicators of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on equity (ROE), and the Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock prices. This can be explained on the results of the regression test (t test) in this study. while the indicator return on assets (ROA) has no effect on the stock price be seen from the significant value more than 0.05 is equal to 0.049.
